  This store is horrible. I travel over to the Oak Park store to avoid going here. The staff is rude and extremely unhelpful. I expect you to be proactive working in customer service. If you don't have something maybe suggest something else. Have an alternative. I sat in the store for over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence. They (the staff) have a very nonchalant attitude when it comes to customers. As I left no asked if I needed anything or was I helped? This is not the first time I've had an experience like this but it was definitely the last. I will never go here again.
