  Just based on the phone staff, I'm giving them a 2 star rating. My apartment complex ordered me a stove from there and the woman on the phone called me at work so I didn't answer the phone right away and the message she left was "Hi this is Moe Appliance, your apartment complex ordered but if you don't answer the phone we cant deliver it tonight." It doesn't sound so bad when you read it, but it sounded rude and as though they didn't want anything to do with it. They should be delivering my stove on Monday. I hope my review changes for the better then.

  I have been dealing with Moe since the early years. I purchased my very first dryer and washing machine from him. Brand new with a small dent. Which made the cost less. That's the business Any where! My appliances lasted me for years, with only one small problem. A sock got stuck inside of the washing machine ! Call him and he sent a technician out ! Very fast response. Not bad for years later without no warranty ! He may not remember me, but I do remember him. Even his very first technician had passed away. Since the new store he open across the street. I will always go here. They are not in business for this long if your appliances wasn't right ! Not a fly by night business.

  I wish I didn't have to give them a star this is the worst place to buy appliances from . Run run save yourself the headache and aggression. Thumbs down 3 stoves
