But I must admit that I had a minor issue with my prescription that needed to be filled. The pharmacist said that my insurance didn't cover a particular med. So I notified my doctor. I doctor called me back to say that she made mistake. Bottom line, when I mentioned it to the pharmacist and described the person who took care of me they claimed they didn't know who she was. So apology at all.
