  I bought my daughter a bed and then put a small down payment on a dining room set and life happened and I wasn't able to make payments and get my dining room set so I ask if I brought in my copy of the receipt can I use that as a store credit to purchase a bed?? I was told no the owner wasn't in. So nobody can rectify this situation even when I was about to spend at least $400 today. My family have spent money with you since your first location on 8 mile I feel like with a receipt in hand should have been a easy fix. I wasn't asking for my money back or the dining set I just simply wanted a store credit on another item. Just lost a customer over $35 smh bad business. Your team should never instruct a customer on when they should come spend money with you. I shouldn't have to and will not wait til next week to buy a bed.

  Please do not buy any thing from this place. They sold me a broke washer & dryer. They replace both of them with broken ones! And they have been refusing to refund my money telling me I have to get a store credit. Replying to owners response: The lady offered me a store credit the first time I told her I didn’t want the appliances. Which was only three days after purchase. You guys already sent two different people to my house and I yes I refuse to have multiple people in and out of my home every other day. I’m not understanding how I get two broken washers and one broken dryer. And if you guys had checked the second washer then you would have heard the very loud noise it make when it’s suppose to be spinning. However it does not spin the water out. I spent money on items I expected to work not have a technician come fix something I spend my money on.
